Your right of withdrawal

If you are a Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. Where the order is delivered in several parcels, the period runs from the last one.

To meet the deadline it is enough to send your communication before the period expires.

How to withdraw

1. Inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement — an email to r-tuning@ukr.net or a letter to 26-600, Radom, ul. Staromiejska 7.
2. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.
3. Send the goods back to 26-600, Radom, ul. Staromiejska 7 without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicated the withdrawal.

Please include the order number so we can identify the shipment. Sending the goods back without any statement is also effective, but it slows down the refund.

Costs of return

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Because of their size and weight, some car body parts cannot normally be returned by post and must be sent by a courier handling oversized shipments; the cost depends on the carrier and the destination.

Refund

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

Where you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer, we reimburse the cost of the standard method.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earlier.

We use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Condition of the returned goods

You may handle the goods only in the way you would be allowed to in a shop — to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond that.

In practice this means a part may be unpacked and checked for fit, but not installed, painted, drilled, cut or otherwise permanently modified.

When the right does not apply

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to:

• goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, such as parts painted to a colour code you supplied;
• goods which after delivery are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items;
• sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

The right of withdrawal is a consumer right. It does not apply to purchases made in a professional capacity, which are subject to the rules in the Terms and Conditions.
