Dispatch time

We hand your parcel to the carrier within 10 business days of the payment being authorised. Transit time is added on top and depends on the carrier and the destination.

If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have ordered it, we will contact you immediately and refund the payment in full.

Countries we ship to

We ship to all European Union member states and to a number of other European countries. The full list is the set of countries selectable at checkout — if a country cannot be chosen there, we do not ship to it.

Delivery cost

Delivery cost depends on the destination and the delivery method chosen. The exact amount is always shown in the basket and in the order summary before you place the order, and it is included in the total you confirm.

Oversized items

Body panels, bumpers and splitters are oversized shipments. They travel by courier rather than by standard parcel post, which can lengthen transit time and limits the pickup points available.

Deliveries outside the European Union

Orders delivered outside the EU are treated as exports and are sold without VAT. Import duties, VAT and any customs clearance fees in the destination country are charged by that country's authorities and are payable by the recipient. They are not included in the price you pay us.

On receipt

Please check the packaging before accepting the parcel. If it is visibly damaged, photograph it and, where possible, have the carrier draw up a damage report — see the Complaints page for what happens next.
